CERA Member David Wilson will be presenting on Rail in America’s Great Northwest

Streetcars and interurbans operated in and around Portland, Oregon, and Tacoma and Seattle, Washington, throughout the first half of the twentieth century.  Though those systems were dismantled long ago, new electric railways have taken their place.   This program will examine trolley cars "back then," and the new streetcar and light-rail installations presently operating in those three cities.
