To the members of the Central Electric Railfans’ Association:

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Central Electric Railfans’ Association will hold its annual meeting of the Active membership for the purpose of electing directors to two open positions on the Board of Directors and for the consideration of an annual report, including financial statements of the Corporation, from the Board of Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may come before the meeting.

An Active member entitled to vote at this meeting shall be one who was a member in good standing for the year just concluded. Active members will check in at the front desk of the auditorium to receive their voting cards to be used for any voting that may occur during the meeting.

Ballots for this year’s election are included in this mailing. They may be mailed to the return address on the post card or turned in to an authorized representative at the beginning of the meeting.

The Annual Meeting will be conducted during the intermission period of the evening’s regular program.

When: Friday, January 22, 2016, at 7:00 p.m.

Where: University Center, 525 S. State St., 2^nd Floor, Chicago, IL

University Center is located one block north of the Harrison (Red Line) station.
