There are different order forms for members and non-members so you will be asked two questions to present you with the correct price list/order form. If an incorrect form is used, we reserve the right to not process the order. We will inform you if the order will not be shipped.

There are two price lists: one for members and one for non-members. However, if you are not now a member and send us your membership application form to become a member (or re-establish your membership, if you let it lapse), you may at the same time purchase books at the members’ rate, which is between 25% to 45% off the retail price in most cases. This may only be done with an order that is sent through the mail. We currently do not offer online membership payment. Click on the book catalog to compare prices.

Please note: Due to recent postage increases by the USPS, the cost of shipping outside of the United States has been raised to $20.00 per item ordered.
